What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose structural and cosmetic damage accurately
- Work with modern equipment in a clean, updated facility
- Collaborate with estimators and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a union shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in collision repair (OEM certification a plus)
- I-CAR Gold Class / Gold Preferred certification strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
