We are a established independent Toyota and Lexus focused collision repair facility in the Chicagoland area.
The role of a CSR is to be a single point of contact to customers who's vehicles have ben scheduled to be processed through the collision center.
The Ideal Candidate Should be
•Able to build relationships with Customers and staff
Communicative, welcoming and friendly
Committed to growing and learning
Confident, professional demeanor and dress appropriately
Valid Driver's license and good driving history.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers initially.
- Obtain authorization and explain the repair plan process
- Facilitate the rental car process.
- Inspect vehicle with the customer, identify claim-related and unrelated damages.
- Communicate with customer after repair planning is complete, such as expected completion date, email estimate to customer when appropriate.
- Update customer with status, when appropriate
- Contact customer when repairs are complete and set up pickup time/date.
- Collect payments, explain Customer survey's.
- Keep work station tidy and professional.
Multi-Lingual is a plus.
