Full Time Location: North Bergen, NJ Compensation: 25 hourly based on experience Monday-Thursday: 7am-3pm Friday: 6am-2:30pm Days: Hours are subject to change.

Job Summary
Coach USAs in-house body shop, Perfect Body Co., is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Heavy Collision Damage Estimator to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and a strong team player with experience estimating heavy bus collision repairs. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians and management.

Essential Functions
Inspect and evaluate heavy collision damage Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate repair timelines with shop personnel Maintain organized and accurate documentation of estimates and repairs Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
Qualifications
3 years of collision estimating experience Heavy bus collision experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Proficiency with estimating software preferred
