In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and working closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure a smooth repair process. Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and repair technicians.
• Review and negotiate repair costs with insurance companies.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and CCC Estimating System software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated "go-getter" with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
