Collision Estimator – Antwerpen Nissan Collision Center

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team at the Antwerpen Nissan Collision Center in Clarksville, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and working closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure a smooth repair process. Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and repair technicians.
• Review and negotiate repair costs with insurance companies.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and CCC Estimating System software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated "go-getter" with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
