Ken Ganley Buick GMC is growing fast and hiring an AutoBody Shop / Collision Estimator to join our professional collision team in Strongsville, OH. This role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing detailed estimates, and coordinating with insurance companies and technicians to deliver top-tier repair service. Our Body Shop is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by skilled professionals dedicated to restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates
• Use estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Negotiate and confirm estimates with insurance companies
• Ensure proper documentation for all work and customer records
• Stay updated on industry standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
• Provide an excellent customer service experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Prior Collision Estimator or Service Advisor experience required
• Body Shop experience in related industries such as RV, Marine, or Powersports are welcome to apply
• CDK experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
