Diehl Collision of Grove City is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our professional and customer-focused team. If you have a strong background in automotive collision repair, insurance claims, and customer service, we want to hear from you.
As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in the repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and procedures
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs
- Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Damage Appraiser, or Collision Repair Advisor preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and insurance claim processes
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
