About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join a high-performing, customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating, communication, and customer service skills who can accurately assess vehicle damage, write estimates, and coordinate repairs from drop-off to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and review vehicle damage in person or via photos.

  • Create accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE (or other estimating software).

  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal repair teams.

  • Maintain high standards of documentation, repair order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Track vehicle repair progress, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

  • Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.

  • Review supplements and update repair plans as additional damage is discovered.

  • Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and I-CAR Gold Class standards.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator or in a related role (e.g., Service Advisor, Adjuster).

  • Proficiency in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems.

  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance DRP guidelines.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus (preferred but not required).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a DRP (Direct Repair Program) environment.

  • Familiarity with OEM-certified repair programs (Tesla, Honda ProFirst, Ford, BMW, etc.).

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting.
