Loyalty Automotive is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Collision Center Receptionist / Rental Assistant at our Loyalty Used Car Super Center in Petersburg, Virginia. This position combines front-desk customer service with rental vehicle coordination, helping customers have a smooth experience while their vehicles are being repaired.

What You’ll Do:
Reception and Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route calls promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, customer check-ins, and vehicle pickups.
- Support estimators and management with customer communication and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer information, files, and repair-related paperwork.
- Process customer payments as directed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Rental Vehicle Assistance:
- Help coordinate rental reservations, vehicle availability, and customer transportation needs.
- Assist customers with rental agreements and required documentation.
- Verify driver’s license and insurance information according to company procedures.
- Assist with rental checkouts and returns, documenting vehicle condition, mileage, and fuel levels.
- Coordinate rental extensions and return dates with the collision team and rental providers.
- Help track rental vehicles and communicate cleaning, fueling, or maintenance needs.
- Explain rental responsibilities clearly and assist with billing questions.
What We’re Looking For:

- Clear communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to help the team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership and rental software.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, automotive, or rental experience preferred.
