As a Mechanical Engineer on Tesla's Collision Development team you will be responsible for assisting in specifying fasteners and attachments, optimizing process and designing custom service parts in partnership with the design team for structural repair procedures used to service current and future Tesla electric vehicles world-wide . You will work with internal customers to identify and develop practical solutions to enable fast, seamless, and revolutionary service. The ideal candidate is someone who gets excited solving a variety of problems, competent building things, highly analytical, and sees the big picture needed to evolve a concept into a product. $109,600 - $195,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
