We're looking for a customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator who enjoys building relationships, working with insurance companies, and helping customers through the repair process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers
• Sell repair services by clearly explaining the repair process
• Communicate with technicians regarding repair plans and supplements
• Work directly with insurance companies to process supplements and approvals
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
• Collect final payments and complete repair documentation
• Maintain accurate repair files and administrative records

What We're Looking For

• Experience in collision repair estimating preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures and repair methods
• Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Connect estimating software preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple repairs while maintaining accuracy
• Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
