As a Collision Tools and Equipment Specialist, you will bridge the gap between collision repair requirements and the tooling solutions we deliver globally. This role focuses on researching, validating, and influencing tool design to meet Tesla's repair standards. You will work closely with engineering teams and strategic suppliers to ensure collision-specific needs are integrated into equipment programs. You will drive projects that enable technicians from both Tesla owned and third-party body shops to perform safe, accurate repairs across all Tesla models using equipment such as welders, frame benches, paint booths, fixturing systems, and material handling tools.
This position can be based in Fremont, CA or Austin, TX.
