What you’ll do

As a Color Control Offset Press Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of press runs—from plate hang and make-ready through final sign-off. You’ll follow each job ticket to the letter, manage substrates of varying calipers, and adjust on the fly to keep quality locked in and waste low.

• Set up, operate, and run offset presses to standard
• Perform make-ready, color matching, and continuous press adjustments
• Monitor quality in real time and respond immediately
• Maintain schedule discipline and production efficiency
• Execute basic preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable
• Surface and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap
• Uphold a clean, safe, well-organized press environment

What makes you a match

• 5+ years operating offset presses
• Hands-on experience with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA preferred
• Fluency with multiple substrates and calipers
• Deep understanding of color standards and print quality
• Comfort reading job tickets, measurements, and production docs
• Team-driven, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
