Position Title: Color Guard Coach- Band 2026-27

Location: John Adams High School

Salary Range: Appendix II Stipend- $1840.00

Contract Length: 2026-27 School Year

Immediate Supervisor: Band Director & SBCSC Fine Arts Coordinator

Basic Function: Assist the Director and Assistant Directors as needed in the preparations and performances of Marching Band, specifically the Color Guard, for marching and winterguard seasons.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Color Guard Coach is responsible for working with the team in planning and directing students to rehearse the marching band and winterguard shows in preparation for performances. They are responsible for all aspects of the color guard in the production as requested by the Band Director.

Qualifications: Experience in working with a high school marching band color guard and winterguard.
