Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join its established physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers advanced robotic technology, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a busy colorectal surgery practice.
The incoming surgeon will perform colon and rectal surgery, general surgery procedures, and minimally invasive cases while supporting clinics in Montclair and Covina and affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

Practice Overview
- Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant
- Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
What You'll Do
- Perform colon and rectal surgery procedures
- Perform general surgery and minimally invasive procedures
- Utilize robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic techniques
- Manage outpatient clinic visits and surgical follow-up care
- Participate in hospital and ER call coverage
Schedule & Call
- Full-Time
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible clinic and OR scheduling
- 1:3 group and ER call rotation, negotiable
What We're Looking For
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Colon & Rectal Surgery
- Comfortable performing robotic and laparoscopic procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty, physician-led group
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
- Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
