Columbus - 1st Shift Loaders

Loader (Trash / Recycling)Schedule: Monday – Friday (some overtime available)
Start Time: 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM – until route completion
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collect and load trash, recycling, and yard waste into trucks
• Assist driver throughout assigned routes
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work efficiently to complete routes on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Previous labor or outdoor work preferred but not required

Additional Qualifications:

• Must wear boots that cover the ankle (no tennis shoes)
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor
• Ability to work early mornings and extended hours
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Must complete training video prior to starting
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Physically demanding with constant movement
