Responsibilities- Package finished products according to customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines
- Label, stack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and safety procedures
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Schedule- Full-Time
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available based on production demands
Pay$15.00/hr
