Job SummaryThe MRF Sorter is responsible for sorting recyclable materials from a conveyor line in a fast-paced recycling facility. This position requires constant movement, attention to safety, and the ability to maintain production pace.
Responsibilities

• Sort trash and recyclable materials from a conveyor belt
• Work efficiently to keep up with production pace
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support overall recycling operations
• Work cooperatively with team members and onsite staff

RequirementsDesired Work Experience:

• Previous labor, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required

Additional Qualifications:

• Must wear boots that cover the ankle; no tennis shoes
• Ability to work early mornings and extended hours
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays when required
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Must complete required training video prior to starting
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
