COM Lab Instructor, OMM

Job Summary

The primary duty of a Lab Instructor is assisting the WCUCOM faculty in lab-related courses at the graduate, medical school level.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in Osteopathic Principles and Practices lab, teach/discuss/answer student questions
• Lecture as needed as it relates to specialty
• Provide grading resources for CSA's

Physical Demands

• Must possess the physical ability to actively facilitate student learning in the lab setting for extended period of times
• Must have vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
• Must have the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• A graduate of a college or school of medicine accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)
• Experience in family medicine, general practice, or equivalent training
