Combi-Lift Driver (Multiple Openings)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Purpose of Position:

The Combi-Lift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multi-directional Combi-Lift forklifts to handle long and bulky materials within our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. This role ensures timely movement of materials to support production.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Operate Combi-Lift forklifts to transport materials such as steel panels and enclosures within the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to fulfill material requests promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification; experience with Combi-Lift equipment is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical requirements: ability to walk/stand all shift, lift 40 lbs unassisted, bend, squat, kneel, work in all weather conditions. 

Additional Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug test
• Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required)
