Join a team that values safety, supports growth and gets the job done right.Bengal Crane & Rigging is hiring 4 experienced Combination Welders for the Linde Beaumont Helium project in Beaumont, Texas.PAY & PROJECT DETAILSPay: $39.00 per hourPer diem: $120.00 per day, paid 7 days per weekSchedule: 10-hour shifts, 5–6 days per weekExpected duration: Approximately 1 monthEmployment type: Full-time temporaryOpenings: 4Onboarding deadline: September 21, 2026Start date and onsite orientation: September 22, 2026, in BeaumontPOSITION SUMMARYThe Combination Welder performs pipe welding, fabrication, and repair work according to blueprints, layouts, work orders, and approved welding procedures. This assignment requires proficiency in GTAW (TIG) pipe welding in the 6G position and successful completion of both weld tests listed below.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSWeld pipe and metal components to fabricate or repair industrial equipment and assemblies according to project specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to determine welding and fabrication requirements.Position, align, and clamp components before welding.Perform GTAW (TIG) welding and other assigned welding or brazing processes within applicable qualifications and project procedures.Perform preparation and finishing tasks, including thermal cutting and grinding.Repair broken or cracked components, fill holes, and build up worn metal surfaces as assigned.Inspect completed work for quality and conformance to project requirements.Follow company and customer safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.Complete required employer and project welding performance tests.REQUIRED WELD TESTSCandidates must successfully complete both tests:Pipe Test #102: 2" Super Coupon | GTAW (TIG) | ER70S-2 | 6GPipe Test #305: 2" Super Coupon | GTAW (TIG) | ER309 | 6GQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSRelevant combination welding experience, including TIG pipe welding in the 6G position.Ability to follow welding procedures, blueprints, and work instructions.Basic Plus preferred.Valid driver's license.Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen.Availability to work the project schedule, complete onboarding by September 21, and attend onsite orientation in Beaumont on September 22, 2026.APPLY BELOWSubmit your application with a current résumé or a summary of your relevant welding experience, qualifications, and availability.Bengal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
