Gas-Fired Power O&M Manager Needed in NJ 

Looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager for a gas-fired combined cycle generating facility in northern New Jersey.

This position will partner closely with the Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, safety, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts. The plant has entered an exciting new chapter, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term operational excellence.

The right candidate would have: 

• Combined cycle or gas-fired power plant experience
• Previous operations or maintenance management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience improving maintenance programs and plant processes
• A hands-on approach and commitment to safety
