Pay:$26.00 $28.00 per hour (DOE) Location:Sapulpa, OK Shift:Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125030 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Combo Welder (Pressure Vessel Welder) to join a growing fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding on pressure vessels using multiple welding processes while maintaining strict safety, quality, and production standards.
The ideal Combo Welder has experience with pressure vessel fabrication, strong welding skills, and the ability to pass required weld tests. Required Experience & Skills Previous pressure vessel welding experience preferred Experience with MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Strong understanding of welding quality standards and safety procedures Ability to perform precision welding in accordance with specifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform welding on pressure vessels and related components Complete welds in accordance with fabrication drawings and welding procedures Utilize MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding processes as required Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specifications Maintain welding equipment and work areas in safe operating condition Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Work with supervisors and quality personnel to meet production goals and deadlines Weld Test Requirements 2G MIG & Flux Core Test -inch carbon steel plate with single bevel Radiographed inspection required Bend test required
