In this role, you'll combine your electrical expertise with a consultative approach to help homeowners find the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home electrical assessments and present tailored service solutions to residential customers
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, or installations
• Educate homeowners on electrical safety, energy efficiency, and available service options
• Provide accurate estimates and guide customers through service agreements and financing options
• Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Maintain a professional, clean, and respectful presence in customers' homes
• Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

• Valid California Electrician Certification or Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present and close service recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
