About the Role:
Mister Sparky in Fremont, CA is looking for a driven and customer-focused Comfort Advisor – Electrician to join our energetic team! In this role, you'll combine your electrical expertise with a consultative approach to help homeowners find the best solutions for their needs. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and building lasting customer relationships, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home electrical assessments and present tailored service solutions to residential customers
- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, or installations
- Educate homeowners on electrical safety, energy efficiency, and available service options
- Provide accurate estimates and guide customers through service agreements and financing options
- Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Maintain a professional, clean, and respectful presence in customers' homes
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Valid California Electrician Certification or Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present and close service recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
