Position Summary


The Comfort Advisor is responsible for performing in‑home consultations, evaluating customer needs, presenting HVAC system options, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to build trust quickly. You’ll work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to completion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct in‑home HVAC consultations, system evaluations, and load calculations
  • Present equipment options, financing programs, and value‑based solutions
  • Build rapport and educate customers on comfort, efficiency, and system performance
  • Generate proposals and close sales at a high conversion rate
  • Follow up on open estimates and maintain accurate CRM/ServiceTitan records
  • Collaborate with install coordinators to ensure smooth job handoff
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and maintain product knowledge
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and customer‑first service
Required Qualifications


  • 2+ years of in‑home sales experience (HVAC, solar, windows, or similar)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and digital proposal tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications


  • HVAC industry experience or technical understanding
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field‑service software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
