The Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide customized solutions that improve comfort and performance. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales with integrity.
What You’ll Do
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to evaluate comfort needs
Perform in-home consultations and system assessments
Present tailored solutions and explain options clearly
Provide accurate estimates and financing options
Close sales and consistently hit performance goals
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales ability or willingness to learn and be coached
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to build trust and educate customers without pressure
Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
