Linzer Products Corp is a leading manufacturer of paint applicators and painting tools serving major retail and eCommerce channels across North America.

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Commerce Data Specialist to join our Metro Atlanta-based team supporting digital commerce execution, retailer readiness, item setup, product content, and commercial operations initiatives across key accounts.

This role is a critical part of the commercial organization, helping ensure product data, retailer systems, digital content, and operational processes are accurate, timely, and aligned across cross-functional teams.

The position combines elements of eCommerce operations, product data management, retailer systems, packaging coordination, reporting and analytics, digital content execution, and commercial enablement.

The Opportunity
This role supports Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and external retail partners by helping drive executional excellence and data integrity across the business.

You’ll work on initiatives involving:
•Retailer item setup
•Online product content
•Reporting and analytics
•Packaging execution
•Customer systems
•New product launches
•Process improvement initiatives

What You Will Do
Commercial & eCommerce Operations
•Manage product setup and maintenance across retailer and customer platforms
•Maintain accurate digital product content, specifications, images, and item attributes
•Support online assortment execution and digital shelf optimization
•Monitor retailer systems, product data, and operational execution to identify issues and opportunities
•Support customer meetings, line reviews, and retailer readiness initiatives
Product Data & Reporting
•Maintain product data accuracy across internal systems and retailer platforms
•Develop and distribute reports related to sales, item setup, content execution, and customer performance
•Analyze operational and customer data to support business decisions
•Support data validation, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements
Packaging & Cross-Functional Coordination
•Coordinate packaging updates, artwork revisions, and product changes
•Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency across packaging, item data, and retailer requirements
•Support product launch execution and customer compliance initiatives

What We’re Looking For
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce, or related field preferred
•1–3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, sales support, analytics, or relatedbusiness functions
•Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies; abilityto leverage automation and data insights to improve internal processes
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience With Any of the Following Is a Plus
•ERP, PIM, item setup, or retailer platforms
•Product content management or digital commerce platforms
•Packaging workflows or product lifecycle management
