Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Meet with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Identify coverage gaps, exposures, and risk management opportunities
  • Present customized insurance solutions tailored for each business
  • Prepare and present proposals for: Business Owners Policies (BOP), General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, and additional commercial insurance products.
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Partner with agency teams to uncover and support commercial opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain required licenses with company support)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, outside sales, insurance sales, or account management preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, and managing a sales pipeline
  • Ability to work independently
