An established independent insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR to support a sophisticated Commercial Lines book. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced agency professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing complex service work, and working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Commercial Lines client relationships.
Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, coverage documentation, and ongoing account service.
Partner with producers, carriers, and internal colleagues to deliver responsive, high-quality client support.
Use AMS360 to maintain accurate account records and manage service workflows.
Support a diverse commercial book with meaningful exposure to complex property and real-estate-related accounts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Active Property & Casualty license in New York or Connecticut.
At least three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
Experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Commercial CSR, or similar commercial client-service professional.
Hands-on AMS360 experience.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Comfort working in the office during onboarding and collaborating closely with an established agency team.
