Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client & Relationship Partnership
- Support commercial Property & Casualty clients by delivering responsive, professional, and service‑focused account management
- Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of client servicing activities
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow‑through
- Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
Operational & Strategic Execution
- Manage key commercial lines processes including new business placement, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, billing/financing, and payments
- Coordinate issuance of certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, schedules of insurance, and auto ID cards
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agency procedures, insurance laws, and best practices
- Escalate complex client concerns or service issues to leadership as appropriate and document resolution actions
- Leverage systems and tools such as Applied Epic and Microsoft Office to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting
Growth & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, workflow efficiency, and client experience
- Support renewal and account management initiatives that contribute to retention and revenue stability
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes and enhance service outcomes
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industry‑related experience in commercial insurance
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience in client service, insurance operations, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client‑focused environment
Preferred
- Commercial Lines account management experience
- Experience with Applied Epic agency management system
- Working knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability

Salary range: $85,000-100,000
