Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts including Property, General Liability, BOP, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and E&S
Support affiliated agents with placements, renewals, endorsements, and coverage analysis
Develop and implement scalable workflows and processes for a multi-state platform
Work directly with carriers and underwriters to place business and negotiate terms
Utilize systems such as HawkSoft, EZLynx, and Power BI
Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions to improve retention and account growth
Collaborate with leadership on carrier strategy and market selection
4+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Experience with agency management systems (HawkSoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier markets
Experience supporting multiple agents or locations is a plus
