Responsibilities Sell commercial pest management services to a diverse portfolio of business verticals within a defined territory, managing inbound leads and prospecting new opportunities to grow the commercial book of business. Conduct on‑site inspections and assessments of pest control needs for facilities such as grocery stores, restaurants, food distribution centers, hotels, hospitals, pharmaceutical houses, retail stores, apartment/condominium communities, government buildings, and more.Generate leads from advertising, passive referrals, and actively develop new clients in the sales territory.Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce, documenting sales calls, proposals, dispositions, and all related sales activities.Provide necessary paperwork and timely information to the Service Center so that sold services are rendered.Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in compliance with all motor vehicle laws and company policies.Compensation Introductory Period (60‑day training)First 30 days: paid a flat salary of 150% of the normal weekly base salary.Final 30 days: paid a flat salary of 125% of the normal weekly base salary.Ongoing Compensation (post‑training)Base salary plus commission on all new business and sales within the CAM's book of business.Commissions are paid monthly and depend on the opportunity type.Sales goals are set monthly and reviewed annually; failure to meet monthly targets may result in performance management up to termination.Quarterly BonusIncludes incentives for account retention, client referrals, and positive reviews on platforms such as Yelp and Google.Bonuses are paid in the corresponding Special Bonus Payment period, typically the third Friday of each month.Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.No pest management experience required.Ability to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, service offerings, terminology, work procedures, systems, and company policies.Excellent telephone and organizational skills.Ability to work in a team‑based environment.Strong oral, computer, word‑processing, and typing skills.Required Skills & Physical Requirements Constant client contact through telephone, field visits, and collaboration with Service Teams.May involve extensive office work and requirements to work remotely from approved non‑work locations.Work hours may include occasional non‑traditional shifts to meet deadlines.Requires use of office equipment such as fax, copier, computer, headset, and phone.May require travel to branch office locations, off‑site meetings, and/or trainings, with exposure to all weather and road conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
