Salary: $135,000 - $185,000 per year

This role will collaborate with an exceptional team to build, run, and maintain resource adequacy models (SERVM) to quantify our projects, including loss-of-load, ELCC, and additional analyses across our utility frameworks. We WFH every Wednesday. Our total package includes a bonus, RSUs, insurance coverage, and a 401 (k).
Job Details- Develop commercial and revenue analytics spanning capacity value, energy arbitrage, and congestion relief across markets such as MISO, SPP, WECC, and ERCOT.
- Automate data pipelines and analytical workflows in Python and SQL, and build clear reporting for internal and external audiences.
- 3-5 years of experience in energy analytics, resource adequacy, wholesale power markets, transmission planning, or a similar quantitative role at a utility, RTO/ISO, consultancy, developer, or trading organization.
- Production cost or capacity expansion platforms (e.g., AURORA, PROMOD, PSO, PLEXOS, EnCompass, GridView)
- RTO/ISO market constructs, including capacity markets, resource accreditation, and interregional transfer frameworks, in one or more of MISO, SPP, WECC, ERCOT, PJM, or the Northeast markets.
