Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of commercial electrical experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Capable of installing and bending EMT conduit independently
Familiar with commercial job site safety practices
Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the Houston area
OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Required Skills
EMT conduit installation and bending (90s, offsets, kicks, saddles, and box offsets)
Conduit layout and routing
Wire pulling and cable installation
Installation of lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, and electrical devices
Installation of junction boxes, panels, and raceways
Experience with MC cable installation
Basic troubleshooting using a multimeter
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial or scissor lifts
Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a crew
