You wrap the day by walking the client through their new setup, answering questions, and logging detailed installation notes before heading to the next service call.
What you’ll take on
Install, configure, and maintain audio‑visual solutions—projectors, sound reinforcement, and video conferencing platforms.
Deploy and service security technologies—surveillance cameras (CCTV), alarm systems, and access control hardware/software.
Conduct thorough site surveys, translate findings into practical recommendations, and align plans with client needs.
Troubleshoot AV and security issues methodically to restore functionality quickly and reliably.
Collaborate with teammates and commercial customers to keep projects on schedule and within spec.
Train end users so they’re confident operating their new systems.
Document installations, repairs, configurations, and service visits with accuracy.
What sets you up for success
Hands-on experience installing and maintaining both AV and security systems.
Strong working knowledge of AV gear and security technologies, plus comfort reading schematics and technical drawings.
Sharp troubleshooting instincts and attention to the small details that matter.
Clear communication and a team-first mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
Industry credentials such as CTS or NICET are a bonus.
