Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Banking Expert with strong domain knowledge to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert across commercial banking products, processes, and regulatory considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking products & services

• Support initiatives across lending, credit, treasury, trade finance, and cash management

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams

• Analyze, design, and optimize banking workflows and processes

• Translate business needs into functional requirements

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain

• Solid understanding of lending & credit processes

• Knowledge of treasury, payments, and commercial banking operations

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation initiatives

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital or banking transformation programs

• Familiarity with core banking systems or platforms

• Consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
