Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll assemble equipment, install dispensing components, connect product lines, and ensure every system is installed safely, accurately, and according to company standards.This role combines mechanical installation, construction, and technical problem-solving while giving you the opportunity to build specialized skills that can lead to advanced service and technical positions within the company.What You'll DoInstall commercial beverage dispensing equipment in restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues, and other commercial facilities. Assemble beverage systems, install trunk lines, tubing, fittings, valves, and related mechanical components while ensuring every installation meets company specifications and customer expectations.Assist with equipment startup, testing, system adjustments, and commissioning to verify proper operation before project completion. Read installation instructions and technical documentation, safely operate hand and power tools, maintain organized and professional jobsites, and travel locally to customer locations throughout the workweek.You'll also work closely with experienced installers to expand your knowledge while cross-training in equipment service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair as your experience grows.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn a specialized trade. Previous beverage equipment experience is not required.Candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, equipment installation, fabrication, maintenance, warehouse operations, mechanical assembly, low-voltage systems, or similar hands-on industries are encouraged to apply.Successful candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, following technical instructions, lifting and moving equipment throughout the day, and working in a variety of commercial environments.
