Commercial Building HVAC Technician

E.V. Bishoff Co is seeking an experienced,not newly certified and not a student,  reliable HVAC Technician for Commercial buildings  in Cincinnati.  We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who can hit the ground running on day one. If you still need training, this role is not for you. We need an HVAC pro ready to handle complex diagnostics and high-level troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose faults on commercial systems.
• Execute flawless installs of heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and options clearly.

What You Must Bring

• Minimum 3–5 yearsof hands-on HVAC verifiable field experience.
• EPA Universal Certification 
• Valid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record.
• Complete tool set 
• Strong problem-solving skills

• $30-$35 per hours based directly on your experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
• Type 1 + Type 2 certifications -  You will need Type II (high-pressure) or Universal (all types) 
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with older Commercial equipment is REQUIRED
• Adheres to all safety regulations

Compensation details: 35-35 Hourly Wage
