This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing abilities, and the determination to build the business as if it were your own.Territory: Southeast Louisiana (Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans, and the Northshore); can reside in any of these areas…Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, appointment setting, and strategic networkingBuild and nurture relationships with commercial property managers, facilities managers, insurance agents, adjusters, contractors, and referral partnersActively prospect through cold visits, warm leads, and industry networking eventsSell commercial restoration services and service agreements to high-value clients including apartment complexes, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilitiesAccount Management & Operations Maintain and expand existing referral relationshipsCollaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffsEvaluate customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferencesProcess service quotations, finalize contracts, and provide continuous follow-up throughout the project lifecycleStrategic Planning & Reporting Monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends, and pricing intelligenceParticipate in sales forecasting and assist in developing short- and long-range sales strategiesTrack all activities and opportunities in CRM systemProduce regular sales reports by analyzing and communicating key metricsActively engage with trade and industry associationsCompetitive Total Compensation Package: Uncapped Commission Structure with unlimited earning potentialSix-figure total income achievable within 1-3 years for high performersVehicle allowance or company vehicleCompany-provided phone and laptopHealth benefits (company pays 50% of employee premium)Paid time offGrowth opportunities within a national restoration leaderWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in a related industryDemonstrated experience selling to Facilities Managers OR established contacts within healthcare facilities is required — you must have a proven track record working with these audiencesEstablished customer base in Southeast Louisiana's commercial sector (apartments, healthcare facilities, hotels, office buildings, etc.)Experience selling to Facilities Managers and commercial decision-makersVerifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationshipsStrong closing skills with the ability to seal deals consistentlyValid driver's license with clean driving recordIdeal Candidate Profile: Go-getter mentality who creates opportunities rather than waiting for leadsConfident communicator with resilience and determinationSelf-driven, organized, and accountableComfortable with cold outreach and in-person salesBackground in construction, restoration, commercial services, or B2B sales strongly preferredReady to Take the Next Step?
