New York, NY | Hybrid | $225,000–$435,000
The Opportunity
A highly regarded New York litigation boutique is seeking an exceptional Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized disputes practice.
The firm is known for handling high-stakes commercial litigation, complex financial disputes, securities matters, corporate governance disputes, real estate litigation and other sophisticated business controversies for major companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, executives and entrepreneurs.
This is an opportunity for a highly credentialed litigator who wants to work on bet-the-company matters, major trials and complex disputes in a leanly staffed environment where associates receive meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior partners and clients.
The firm is extremely selective and is looking for candidates with strong academic credentials and high-quality litigation training from a leading law firm platform.
Why join us?
Why Consider This Platform?
This firm offers the sophistication, compensation and caliber of work associated with the largest New York firms, but within a litigation-focused environment where disputes are the core of the business.
Associates benefit from lean teams, direct partner mentorship, earlier substantive responsibility and exposure to major courtroom matters rather than being one of many attorneys on an oversized case team.
For a strong BigLaw-trained litigator who wants to build a long-term career around high-end commercial litigation and trial work, this is an opportunity to join a platform where litigation is not simply one department — it is central to the firm’s identity.
Compensation: $225,000–$435,000, depending on experience and seniority.
