Seeking 3-5 years’ experience Commercial Business Litigation Associate Attorney  in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of litigation, from case assessment to trial. Familiarity with the local court rules and procedures in Pittsburgh, PA is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, and excellent communication and critical thinking skills are a must.

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

• 3-5 years’ Experience Commercial Business Litigation
• MUST HAVE Active PA License to practice in Pennsylvania
• Federal & State Court experience
• Litigation Counsel – Trial Attorney
• Responsible for case load - mainly in Federal Court
• Commercial and Construction Litigation representing corporate clients in a wide range of matters State and Federal Courts, Mediation and Arbitration

• Commercial Litigation Experience: Breach of Contract, Commercial Lease Disputes,Non-Compete Enforcement, General Liability cases
