Commercial C&I Portfolio Manager

A long-standing, reputable financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager to join its growing C&I team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a well-performing commercial loan portfolio.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Prepare loan presentations and credit memos for approval.
• Work directly with commercial clients to understand their financial needs.
• Maintain existing relationships while identifying opportunities for additional business.
• Assist with credit issues, delinquencies, overdrafts, and portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial lending and/or credit analysis experience.
• Formal credit training preferred.
• Strong commercial credit and underwriting knowledge, specifically C&I.
• Experience working directly with business owners and commercial clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
