Commercial Cabinet Builder

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cabinet Maker. This role is responsible for building and assembling commercial cabinetry using blueprints, hand tools, and production equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with wood products, operating saws, and accurately measuring materials.

Key Responsibilities

· Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders

· Accurately measure and cut materials using a tape measure

· Operate woodworking equipment such as:

o Table saws

o Panel saws

o Miter saws

o Edgebanders

· Assemble cabinets and components according to specifications

· Perform sanding, finishing prep, and general production tasks

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

· Operate hand power tools

Qualifications

· Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork production

· Strong ability to read a tape measure (down to 1/16”)

· Experience working with blueprints and technical drawings

· Hands-on experience with saws and woodworking machinery

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

· Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Skills

· Experience in commercial cabinet manufacturing (not just residential)

· Familiarity with laminates, veneers, and hardware installation

· Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

· Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
