Job Description
We are looking for an experienced commercial cabinet maker / machine operator to join our team. This position requires at least 2 years of professional commercial cabinetmaking, woodworking or architectural millwork experience.
Our work includes high-end commercial projects all over western Washington including downtown Seattle, where quality, craftsmanship, and precision are expected. We operate in a fast-paced production environment with aggressive project schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Setup, maintain and operate equipment used for casework production
- Handle and organize large quantities of parts prior to fabrication
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut cutlists and assembly diagrams
- Perform accurate measuring, layout, cutting and assembly
- Perform cabinet assembly, hardware installation and detailed woodworking
- Maintain tight tolerances and exception quality standards
- Identify and solve fabrication issues
- Work efficiently to meet demanding production schedules

Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry or cabinet-making experience
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with tools such as table saws, routers, planers, and sanders
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet
- Finish carpentry experience
- CNC or CAD experience a plus
