About the Role:
RC Griffin LLC is looking for a skilled and driven Commercial Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Danvers, MA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll bring craftsmanship and coordination together to deliver outstanding commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled commercial carpentry work including framing, finish work, doors, hardware, and interior buildouts
• Supervise and coordinate on-site crews to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding daily progress and site needs
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and code compliance
• Manage material deliveries, tool inventory, and on-site logistics
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience required
• Prior site supervision or lead carpenter experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong knowledge of commercial building codes and OSHA safety standards
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus
• If a supervisor, should have CSL license
• Within 1 hour of the Danvers Massachusetts office
