Commercial Carpenter

Commercial Carpenter (Non-Union)
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking reliable, skilled Commercial Carpenters to join our growing team. Candidates should have a well-rounded background in commercial construction and be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:

• Metal stud framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• ACT (Acoustical Ceiling Tile) grid systems
• VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) flooring
• Doors, frames, and door hardware installation
• Concrete work
• Fence installation
• General commercial carpentry

A broad understanding of commercial construction and additional building trades is a strong plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–3 years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation
• No substance abuse issues
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to arrive on time and ready to work each day
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of commercial construction tasks, from general labor to advanced carpentry work
• Read and follow instructions from supervisors and project leaders
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with a construction crew
• Install and repair commercial building components according to project specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all company and site-specific safety requirements
