Commercial-Civil Construction Estimator 
We are seeking a well-rounded, experienced (3-5 years), qualified Estimator with all facets of estimating experience (interior, shell, site work).
Ability to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other construction documents to provide detailed estimates for bidding construction projects.
Solid Knowledge of estimating for labor, material and equipment.
Ability to determine scope of work, solicit bidders and obtain accurate subcontractor & supplier pricing and bids.
Willingness to aggressively follow up with Subcontractors to ensure bids are received and that there is proper bid coverage.
Experience developing RFI’s and clarifications.
Desire to do whatever is necessary to ensure bids are competitive and thorough.
Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
Ability to determine create and maintain construction schedules in Microsoft Project
Work with Project Managers to determine pricing and produce accurate bids Computer proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project & Procore.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
