About the Role:
K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at the BNA Terminal in Nashville, TN. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning crew keeping one of Tennessee's busiest and most high-profile facilities spotless and welcoming for thousands of travelers every day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine janitorial and custodial cleaning throughout the BNA terminal facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, gates, and passenger waiting areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff hard floor surfaces to maintain appearance standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the terminal
- Restock restroom supplies including paper products and soap dispensers
- Respond to spills and urgent cleaning needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow all airport safety protocols, security requirements, and facility guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior commercial, janitorial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to pass a TSA background check required for airport facility access
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
