Commercial Cleaner- Clean Team Member

Chandler Commercial Cleaning is looking for a Clean Team Member to join our team to service the Southern Indiana and Louisville area. This position will pay $17 an hour with opportunity to increase based on performance. Don't miss this great opportunity to grow with our expanding company!

The ideal person for this position has experience, strong work ethic, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is self motivated, well-spoken, energetic, and personable.  

Responsibilities: 

• Clean Commercial and Residential Properties –  Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.  Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, dining areas and other rooms throughout the property. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.  Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, blinds and drapes. Collect trash and dispose in designated waste bin.
• Apartment turnover, Gyms, Church, Medical Facility, Office buildings, Residential, Daycare, Schools
• PRN Part-time to full time- there will be opportunity for dedicated accounts as well as apartment flips. Must be available to assist with short notice work. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work as needed in the evenings and on weekends.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Will require Background Check
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
